Since 1994 our Home Care Support Workers distinctive lilac uniforms have become a familiar sight throughout County Durham, employing over 350 Home Care Support Workers in Chester Le Street, Durham, Stanley, Consett, South Tyneside, Gateshead and Newcastle Upon Tyne. Performance Monitoring:
Our Human Resources Department constantly monitors our Home Care Support Workers and Senior Home Care Support Workers performances to ensure they meet your requirements. All Home Care Support Workers wear identity badges for easy recognition and security.
Certification:
We were registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commision) in March 2004 and became an umbrella Body for the Criminal Records Bureau offering our services to those in need nationally.As a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association we operate to stringent standards and receive regular updates on Home Care Issues.
